TL;DR
Technical Delivery Manager (Technology Transformation): Leading complex technology transformation programmes across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and business teams with an accent on programme-level coordination, dependency management and delivery visibility. Focus on identifying risks and sequencing constraints, facilitating trade-off decisions, and coordinating releases and migrations across multiple squads.
Location: Richmond, United Kingdom; office-based role with 8 additional remote working days.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery coordination for complex technology transformation programmes across multiple teams and business areas.
- Create and maintain integrated delivery plans covering participating squads, functions, dependencies, sequencing and critical paths.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and cross-squad dependencies, driving mitigation, escalation and decisions.
- Coordinate planning, release and implementation readiness from discovery through implementation and migration.
- Facilitate prioritisation, trade-off decisions and cross-functional forums with clear owners and deadlines.
- Provide evidence-based progress, milestone, risk and forecast reporting to senior Product and Engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience delivering large, complex cross-functional technology programmes.
- Strong technical understanding and experience working credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders.
- Strong knowledge of modern software and product delivery in an Agile environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and managing programme dependencies, risks, issues and critical paths.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience with Jira and modern delivery planning and reporting tools.

- Experience delivering major platform modernisation, technology transformation or migration programmes.
- Experience coordinating third parties and external technology partners.
