Service Delivery Lead

What you will do

• Own the performance, stability, and continuous improvement of multiple business-critical IT services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and major incidents.
• Align IT services with business priorities through strong stakeholder partnerships.
• Manage third-party supplier relationships, including performance, contracts, renewals, and service reviews.
• Optimize costs while improving service quality and customer experience.
• Drive ITIL-based service maturity, risk management, resilience planning, regulatory compliance, and senior-level reporting.

Requirements

• Significant experience in IT service delivery or service management.
• Strong supplier and contract management experience, including complex multi-supplier service models.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL principles and service management frameworks.
• Commercial awareness, including budget management and cost optimization.
• Experience with service risk, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, change leadership, and influencing skills; ITIL certification or relevant technical experience.
