Agile Delivery Lead

Location: London, hybrid; home and office working are combined according to the role, team needs, and agreement with the manager.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Scrum Masters.
• Drive delivery and maintain a regular release cadence across mobile, web, and connected TV platforms for the U VoD app.
• Implement streamlined delivery processes and optimise workflows across digital platforms and suppliers.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and complex blockers, escalating critical issues when required.
• Support empowered, self-organising squads and foster a psychologically safe test-and-learn environment.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to stakeholders while partnering with product, engineering, QA, and platform teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading, managing, and coaching teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, the Scrum Guide, Agile Manifesto, Kanban, and Agile delivery techniques.
• Experience implementing delivery processes, optimising workflows, and using Agile metrics including velocity, lead time, and burndown charts.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle for direct-to-consumer products and engineering practices including version control, branching strategies, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Technical understanding of at least one platform: web, mobile, or connected TV.
• Proficiency with Jira, stakeholder management, project governance, reporting, and compliance topics such as GDPR.
