Senior Manager, Delivery

Location: Seoul, South Korea. Hybrid work with work from home three days a week; the schedule varies by team.

What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of supply chain planning solution implementations from blueprint through hypercare.
• Create project plans, align stakeholders on milestones and timelines, and track planned versus actual delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, delays, ownership, and resolution plans, taking action to mitigate delivery risks.
• Provide regular project status updates and manage customer priorities and expectations.
• Coordinate team tasks, deliverables, vacation schedules, timesheets, invoices, and project administration.
• Prepare knowledge transition and documentation for the support team after go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 6–10 years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics planning.
• Full-lifecycle project management experience covering requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, and deployment.
• Experience delivering enterprise supply chain implementations using agile methodology.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions, project management principles, and required project artifacts.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills in Taiwanese Mandarin and English are required.
