Implementation Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients on the Clearwater platform.
• Configure tailored solutions for investment accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver client training and help users get value from the platform.
• Resolve implementation queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Align client goals with project plans, track delivery milestones, and escalate risks and issues.
• Collaborate with internal Clearwater teams and act as a consultative partner to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Degree in financial markets, accounting, economics, audit, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets, with exposure to investment operations, investment accounting, financial reporting, middle office, or back office work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confident client communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills; internship experience in financial services is relevant.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Exposure to derivatives, fixed income, structured products, or alternative investments.
• Internship experience within financial services.
