What you will do

  • Lead project teams through efficient problem-solving processes from initial analysis to final recommendations.
  • Break down complex business problems into discrete, actionable tasks for junior consultants.
  • Conduct sophisticated data analysis to identify trends and craft strategic recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring deliverables are practical, relevant, and cohesive.
  • Forge strong relationships with senior executives and key client stakeholders.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to the firm's growth and internal development.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of the banking sector and financial services.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with an aptitude for complex data sets.
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
  • Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
