Senior Consultant/Manager (SimCorp Implementation)

Location: Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Munich, Frankfurt, or Luxembourg; the role requires being based in a European location and includes travel.

What you will do

• Advise financial institutions on value-chain optimization, target operating models, and SimCorp implementation.
• Lead project workstreams or act as a subject-matter expert on smaller projects.
• Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions using SimCorp One.
• Translate business needs into robust solutions, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and align implementation strategies.
• Configure, implement, and support standard SimCorp One solutions while advising senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of financial-sector consulting experience and experience implementing investment platforms such as SimCorp, BlackRock Aladdin, Amundi Alto, Charles River, or Clearwater Analytics.
• Experience leading projects or workstreams from inception to completion in a consulting or vendor organization.
• Deep knowledge of financial instruments, asset management, and related business processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Experience with business transformation, operating-model design, requirements engineering, project management methodologies, PowerPoint, client relationships, and problem-solving; willingness to travel.
