What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at major banking institutions.
• Drive program governance, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and strategy to enhance the company's market position.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, finance, and operations experts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultancies, banks, or software companies with a focus on commercial/corporate banking.
• Deep expertise in global transaction banking, cash management, and payments.
• Must be fluent in both English and German (written and verbal).
• Strong consultative selling approach and hands-on project management experience.
• Must have the right to work in Germany.
