Sr. EHS Consultant

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States, or one of hirify.global' manufacturing sites; travel to worksites up to 30%.

Salary: $110,544–$172,725 annually, plus an 11% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Analyze EHS data, metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain EHS dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management review materials.
• Support corporate EHS systems, including policies, standards, guidelines, training materials, and program resources.
• Improve EHS reporting tools and digital platforms, including Power BI, ETQ Reliance, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Support audits, assessments, incident reviews, training, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with IT, site teams, operations leaders, and other stakeholders to implement EHS programs and improve data quality and system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant EHS experience in chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, or other industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of EHS management systems, regulatory requirements, auditing, and risk management programs.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, performance reporting, and digital EHS tools such as ETQ Reliance, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• ASP, CSP, CHST, CMSP, or a similar professional certification.
• Experience with multi-site or global EHS programs in manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Advanced dashboard development, analytics, or digital enablement experience.
• Experience developing EHS training, communications, or knowledge-sharing resources.
