Senior Manager HR Solutions EMEA (HR Operations)

Location: St Albans, UK

Salary: GBP 68,132.87–93,682.70 per year, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage the HR Solutions Lead team across EMEA.
• Plan workforce capacity and coverage to maintain continuity and high-quality HR service delivery.
• Oversee employee lifecycle services, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment support, performance cycles, compensation, employee data, contracts, and leave administration.
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of operational HR solutions in line with policies and standards.
• Manage complex or sensitive employee and manager cases and provide escalation support.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational risks, and drive process simplification and digital self-service improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior HR, HR operations, HR generalist, or HR management roles, including people management.
• Experience leading and developing international HR teams across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, employment law, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters and sensitive people issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Fluent English is required.

• Professional certification in HR Operations, Project Management, or HR Systems.
