Senior HR Manager

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, long-term absence, restructures, redundancies, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, regulatory requirements, firm policies, and HR best practice.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations function across the employee lifecycle.
• Support associate reviews, performance and development reviews, progression decisions, and departures in partnership with reviewers, US HR teams, and administration leadership.
• Lead organisational change, HR projects, workforce analytics, manager coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent preferred, with degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience in a Senior HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or equivalent role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and current regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing high volumes of complex employee relations cases across a large workforce.
• Experience leading and developing HR teams, implementing HR policies, and supporting restructures and business transformation.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a professional services, legal, partnership, or similarly complex environment.

• Additional qualifications in Employment Law, Mediation, Coaching, or Organisational Development.
