What you will do
- Act as the senior HR partner to the Duxford Site Leadership Team and provide strategic HR leadership and business partnering.
- Translate business priorities into workforce planning, organisation design, capability development, and other people initiatives.
- Drive site transformation by strengthening leadership capability and leading performance and development processes.
- Coach and challenge leaders on performance, accountability, decision-making, and organisational change.
- Manage recruitment, retention, talent development, complex employee relations, and organisational change matters.
- Oversee core HR processes, HR data, records, policies, compliance, and collaboration with HR Shared Services and the European HR team.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in HR or a related field; CIPD qualification or progress toward it is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of site-based operations.
- Strong HR generalist expertise, current employment law knowledge, and understanding of HR governance.
- Proven ability to diagnose organisational issues, drive change, and translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, communication, resilience, and professional judgement.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools for analysis, reporting, and HR delivery.
