Junior Accounts Payable Specialist (AI)

Location: Helsinki, Finland, with the possibility to work remotely

What you will do

• Process supplier invoices, assign correct accounts and reporting dimensions, and ensure accurate tax and VAT treatment.
• Handle accounts payable queries and oversee invoice approval workflows.
• Create payment transactions and support daily accounts payable operations.
• Contribute to accounts payable projects and assist with other accounting and finance tasks.

Requirements

• Relevant studies in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Solid Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Previous accounts payable experience is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Previous experience in accounts payable.
