Senior Accounts Payable Analyst (AI)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $83,000–$134,000 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage vendor records, payment runs, period-close activities, reporting, dashboards, and AP workflows in NetSuite.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-powered AP automation, including OCR invoice capture, AI-assisted coding, and workflow integrations.
• Own AP SOX controls, prepare audit evidence and walkthroughs, and drive remediation of control deficiencies.
• Lead AP-related ERP, automation, policy, and shared-services projects across Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors.
• Resolve complex vendor disputes, payment discrepancies, duplicate invoices, and statement reconciliations.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with bill entry, vendor management, saved searches, reporting, and period close.
• Direct AP experience with SOX controls, audit support, and compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Experience implementing or managing AP automation tools such as OCR, workflow automation, or AI-assisted processing.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-handling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and work from an hirify.global office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or AP certification.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Familiarity with Coupa or other P2P platforms integrated with NetSuite.
• Experience with AI-powered AP platforms such as Vic, Stampli, Tipalti, or BILL, or with RPA tools.
• Knowledge of multi-entity AP environments.
