Finance Business Partner, SG&A

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance Tuesday–Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Manage and plan hirify.global Europe store SG&A budgets, including payroll, occupancy, operations, selling, and distribution costs.
• Lead monthly cost reviews with stakeholders, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities against plan.
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and support actions that improve store profitability.
• Use SAP and Hyperion to build payroll KPIs for financial analysis and budgeting.
• Manage the store P&L for European retail and outlet channels, including digital operating costs.
• Build relationships with Finance, Store Operations, HR, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Digital stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner leading operating budgets, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Already possess the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
