What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities for the Credit Business.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance reporting covering drivers, trends, opportunities and risks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and planning tools, including the ongoing development of Anaplan.
• Provide commercial challenge and guidance on business proposals to maximise value delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership, initiative and commitment to delivering improvements and results.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insight for business decision-making.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent professional financial qualification, with a strong understanding of FP&A principles.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services, lending, payments or regulated business environments.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Anaplan.
