What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships across Finance, business functions, Centres of Excellence, and supplier management teams.
• Lead and improve cost distribution, cost transparency reporting, and management information.
• Challenge allocation methodologies, assumptions, and investment decisions to support consistency and business alignment.
• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost transparency, efficiency, decision making, and financial outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process simplification.

Requirements

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience analysing complex cost structures and translating data into business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Financial qualification or equivalent commercial experience and knowledge.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Bristol or Edinburgh.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and planning tools.
