What you will do
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Group Functions, supporting corporate functions such as Legal, Finance, HR and IT.
- Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and financial insight to support decision-making and cost optimisation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling activities for supported functions.
- Own the financial governance, administration and performance reporting of Transitional Service Agreements.
- Maintain financial controls, support audits and manage delegated-authority governance frameworks.
- Improve financial processes, systems and reporting while supporting finance transformation initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong post-qualification experience in a Finance Business Partner role within a large, international organisation.
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and constructive-challenge skills.
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and working with Shared Service teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting corporate or functional cost centres such as Legal, Finance or HR.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems.
