Maintenance And Engineering Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage plant maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation functions, improving work-order planning, scheduling, execution, and resource efficiency.
• Prioritize project engineering activities, including capital requests, design approvals, forecasting, and budget management.
• Collaborate on project scope, equipment specifications, construction, and startup assistance.
• Manage contractor qualifications and compliance with company standards and practices.
• Lead annual outage planning, including budgets, scope, staffing, and scheduling.
• Oversee process control, mechanical integrity, storeroom operations, vendors, training, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science required; an engineering degree is preferred. Comparable project management, maintenance, or reliability management experience may substitute for the degree.
• 10 or more years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supervising or leading plant maintenance teams and managing expense and capital projects.
• Experience managing budgets and working with cash flow accounting.
• Broad knowledge of structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and process control engineering as applied to plant operations and maintenance.
• Experience with reliability initiatives including preventive maintenance compliance, predictive technologies, root cause analysis, asset hierarchy, and asset management strategy.
