What you will do

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Manage and develop salaried and hourly maintenance associates, ensuring effective labor utilization.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs by implementing sustainable technical solutions.
• Own maintenance budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Partner with plant leadership and engineering on capital projects and long-term asset strategies.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and storeroom operations in compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience OR 10+ years of experience in engineering/maintenance management.
• Proven experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Expertise in continuous improvement practices and reliability-focused decision making.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
