What you will do

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support consistent production.
• Manage and develop salaried and hourly maintenance associates, including staffing coverage, skills development, and labor utilization.
• Drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs by resolving equipment issues and implementing sustainable maintenance solutions.
• Own maintenance budgets, financial decisions, and cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining operational reliability.
• Partner with plant leadership, operations, and engineering on capital projects, reliability improvements, and long-term asset strategies.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, purchase orders, and storeroom operations in compliance with environmental and safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of experience in engineering or maintenance management in an industrial environment in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Accountability for equipment reliability and workforce performance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, continuous improvement, and reliability-focused decision-making.
