Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (On-site)

Compensation: CA$100,000 – CA$140,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and manage paid campaign strategies to achieve acquisition targets and optimize customer acquisition costs.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across paid channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.
• Run growth experiments across emerging channels to identify scalable acquisition paths.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, and design teams to integrate growth initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance data to iterate on strategy and report key insights.
• Support go-to-market execution for new product launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing paid search and social campaigns with a focus on CAC and ROAS goals.
• Hands-on experience in campaign execution, optimization, and scaling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to run tests and iterate quickly.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
