Marketing Planner / Specialist Intern - Masters-Level Internship - Startup Programs (AI)

Location: Hybrid or remote; both options are available.

Compensation: $32.00 CAD per hour, payable in common shares of the Corporation at fair market value.

hirify.global is a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company, while NovaForge operates as its AI accelerator and incubator supporting projects across diverse industries.

What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and analyze performance using Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
• Develop targeted advertising campaigns, allocate budgets, and refine strategies based on data insights.
• Research industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity while collaborating with design, sales, and other teams.
• Create, schedule, and manage content to maintain consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and social media management.
• Strong SEO knowledge and proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and advertising tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with email automation tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Experience with SEO/SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with AI or technology industries.
