Account Manager, Commercial Labor Division - Express Scripts - Hybrid

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid work aligned with a Cigna/Evernorth multifunction office location

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients, consultants, and producers.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of client benefit plans and product offerings to provide consultation, analysis, and issue resolution.
• Manage client benefit requests, including benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated issues.
• Lead new group and product implementations, coordinating internal meetings and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Lead client-centric meetings and present operational performance metrics monthly or quarterly.
• Partner with Account Directors to support client satisfaction, retention, profitability, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, 11–14 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, PC, Microsoft Office, and internet skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, client satisfaction, and client retention skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects using established project management processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with urgency.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.
