Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Koszalin, Poland; onsite at the manufacturing site

What you will do

• Lead and develop Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Logistics Engineering, and Order Confirmation functions.
• Own operational excellence across quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and business-performance metrics.
• Build scalable end-to-end processes and strengthen cross-functional collaboration across the manufacturing site.
• Develop high-performing teams, leaders, succession plans, and organizational capabilities.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, automation, digitalization, and process-optimization initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager on site performance, strategic initiatives, organizational development, and deputy leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in an international manufacturing environment, including responsibility for complex cross-functional operations.
• Strong understanding of plant economics, operational budgets, cost, inventory, cash flow, profitability, and business performance.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and relevant ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI for data-based operational decisions.
• Fluent Polish and very good English required for communication in an international business environment.
• Strong leadership, strategic execution, change-management, communication, data-analysis, ownership, and results-orientation skills.

• Familiarity with AI tools that support data analysis and process efficiency.
