Senior Specialist - Global Sourcing and Contract Expert

Location: Katowice, Poland (Zabrska 19)

Salary: 9,600–18,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with global business partners to understand strategic priorities and apply the ING Procurement Policy.
• Lead end-to-end e-sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, e-auctions, market research, proposal evaluation, TCO and scenario analysis, negotiations, and supplier awards.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer global purchasing agreements and contracts.
• Manage contract renewals, amendments, terminations, service levels, and compliance with regulatory and negotiated terms.
• Manage third-party risk and support vendor relationship management, performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to ESG initiatives, procurement best practices, and cost-saving programs.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within an international financial services organization.
• Experience running sourcing projects in Professional Services, such as HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, or Consulting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global purchasing agreements.
• Strong data-driven negotiation, organizational, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good English skills at B2/C1 level, spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and e-sourcing tools; ERP or procurement-tool experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• CIPS or Nevi certification.
• Familiarity with DORA, EBA, GDPR, or the financial industry.
• Experience managing global sourcing projects for large international organizations.
