EMEA Demand Planner – Demand Plan Optimization and Execution (AI) (demand planning and supply chain): Optimizing statistical demand forecasts and executing accurate planning processes across EMEA with an accent on forecasting models, planning-system data integrity, and AI-driven automation. Focus on coordinating demand exceptions, monitoring forecast performance, and providing demand inputs that balance cost, cash, and service levels.
Location: Wroclaw, Poland. On-site working model with at least four days per week in the office; travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel.

What you will do
- Act as the primary interface between business-facing demand planning and supply chain or manufacturing teams.
- Optimize statistical baseline forecasts using advanced modelling techniques in demand planning tools.
- Coordinate demand planning exceptions, including demand outliers, forecast bias, and unusual month-to-date consumption.
- Execute demand plans accurately and on time while maintaining system data integrity and forecasting parameters.
- Drive adoption of automated and AI-driven forecasting methods and provide standard templates for business discussions.
- Monitor forecast performance metrics and provide demand inputs to supply and production planning teams.
Requirements
- Interest or experience in planning, demand planning, supply chain, or data analytics.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques, and statistics.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and process-improvement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required; the CV must be provided in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with demand and ERP planning tools, including Kinaxis cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP/APO.
