What you will do

• Execute procurement assignments for designated categories and suppliers.
• Track purchase orders for cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Manage price agreements, item maintenance, purchase order claims, and contracts in ERP and related systems.
• Plan price negotiations and define supply strategies, schedules, priorities, and action plans.
• Develop the supplier base, manage supplier relationships, evaluate new suppliers, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Support sales and cost-estimation activities, sourcing projects, inventory management, and working-capital optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in engineering or commerce.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems; Infor LN knowledge is preferred.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.
• Proactive approach, resilience under pressure, and a category B driving license.

• Additional language skills.
• Experience with Infor LN.
