Senior IT Transition Consultant (Banking & Transformation)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered.

What you will do

• Lead and support the planning, structuring, and execution of transition projects.
• Facilitate scoping workshops with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and consolidate decisions.
• Customize transition tools, templates, and processes for specific project needs.
• Communicate transition steps, prerequisites, and stakeholder expectations to clients.
• Coordinate team mobilization, documentation, project indicators, risks, and management reporting.
• Work with sourcing, HR, IT, and middle-office functions to support cohesive project execution.

Requirements

• More than four years of experience in transformation, organizational, or IT integration projects, preferably in banking.
• Solid IT knowledge, particularly in banking environments or IT service models.
• Experience with delivery models, service centers, and IT service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• French at B2 level or higher is required.
• Communicative English at B2 level is required.

• Project management or change management certifications or experience.
