What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects to modernize the post-trade platform.
• Coordinate pre-assessments, high-level requirements gathering, impact analysis, and effort estimation.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Italy, Portugal, Denmark, and Norway.
• Analyze and prioritize initiatives in line with programme and portfolio objectives.
• Support the transition of projects into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in financial services (post-trade or capital markets).
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
• English: C1 (fluent) required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex organizational environments.
• Experience delivering IT projects in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Ability to document complex assumptions and risks effectively.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CSD operations, settlement infrastructure, or post-trade regulation (CSDR, T2S).
• Agile or Waterfall certifications (Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience as a functional or technical analyst.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
