IT Project Manager and Support

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Launch and drive IT projects through Go-Live while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, customer satisfaction, and user acceptance.
• Build and sustain agile project teams throughout all project phases.
• Manage risks, opportunities, lessons learned, contracts, and partner and supplier relationships.
• Represent projects across the organization and coordinate service-related communication with customers.
• Apply project controls, review processes, maturity gates, baselines, and measurable success criteria across the product and project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in strategic or program procurement interfacing with IT.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects, including roll-outs for several hundred users.
• Knowledge of project management tools, PMP certification, and Value Stream Management.
• Experience with stakeholder management at all organizational levels, change management, project controls, contracts, and risk management.
• English at negotiation level is required. French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
