What you will do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for cross-functional software development teams.
- Coach teams in Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Drive continuous improvement across team processes and delivery practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and support effective team collaboration.
- Use JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools to support Agile delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills.
- English at B2 level or higher is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry.
- CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification.
