What you will do

• Lead or support strategic, operational, digital, and regulatory change initiatives across Europe.
• Develop and execute project plans covering requirements, resources, dependencies, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams, business analysts, subject-matter experts, IT, Group teams, and local business owners.
• Apply and improve European project governance, methodologies, and delivery best practices.
• Monitor metrics, risks, issues, and benefits, escalating blockers and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Review business analysis outputs and maintain alignment with European and Group strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic, operational, or technology consulting, ideally including digital transformation or insurance.
• Experience supporting or leading projects using agile methodology and managing the full project lifecycle.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance or financial regulatory change, including IDD, GDPR/Privacy, AML, or KYC projects.
• Experience coordinating technology projects in complex multicultural organizations.
• PMP, CIPP/E, or similar project management qualifications.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Flemish.
