IT PM FINANCE

Location: Full-remote from Portugal; Porto and Lisbon listed as locations.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs.
• Lead initiatives integrating multiple systems and Finance platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting while ensuring compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of project management experience, preferably in Finance or Finance transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects involving multiple platforms, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, risk management, and governance.
• Experience with tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, including experience in global matrixed organizations.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
