Wholesale Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; limited travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated analytics solutions for operational performance and productivity monitoring.
• Analyze production, staffing, workload, capacity, inventory, and service-level data to identify trends and recommend resource allocation improvements.
• Prepare executive reporting, insights, and presentations to support leadership decisions.
• Conduct internal process and quality-control audits and identify gaps affecting compliance, standardization, and efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, Training, and IT to align best practices and improve adoption.
• Support data quality, technology and AI initiatives, testing, implementation, performance measurement, and ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
• Experience with process audits, quality control, continuous improvement, and data governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate business needs; limited travel may be required.
