What you will do
- Lead strategic analytics initiatives and reporting workstreams supporting operational priorities, transformation, and performance management.
- Design KPI frameworks, reporting methodologies, scorecards, and measurement approaches.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions integrating operational metrics, trends, risks, and business outcomes.
- Conduct root-cause, trend, forecasting, predictive, workload, and scenario-based analyses.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate needs into requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor senior analysts, validate data, document reporting logic, and establish governance and repeatable development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, performance management, or analytics-enabled business support.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, measures, visualizations, and performance reporting.
- Strong SQL, Excel, analytical, data validation, reconciliation, and large-dataset skills.
- Experience with KPI design, scorecards, operational metrics, reporting standards, and performance measurement.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and stakeholder partnership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with reporting modernization, process improvement, automation, predictive indicators, or AI-enabled analytics.
- Background in operations, service delivery, manufacturing, supply chain, financial operations, or similar execution-focused environments.
- Experience with data visualization principles, storytelling, reporting governance, and analyst mentorship.
