Manager, Business Analysis, Reporting (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely. Up to 10% domestic travel annually. Applicants may be required to attend onsite interviews.

Salary: $107,500–$188,400 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead a team of reporting analysts and establish enterprise reporting frameworks for operational, tactical, and executive needs.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Own reporting governance, including intake, prioritization, standards, version control, documentation, and quality controls.
• Guide analysis of operational, financial, customer, and workflow data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish KPI frameworks for productivity, quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and cost-to-serve.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and storytelling while partnering with data, technology, and governance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis.
• 3+ years of experience leading analysts or managing reporting teams.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel; familiarity with Tableau and SQL is preferred.
• Experience establishing enterprise reporting standards, governance, or frameworks and translating complex business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, change-management, and process-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• AI-enabled analytics experience.
• BI or analytics certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
