Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site at the San Francisco office, with four days of in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Own product design from customer research and early concepts through launch and iteration.
• Design workflows for configuring, testing, launching, monitoring, and improving AI agents.
• Build conversation review, quality assurance, approvals, escalations, and human-intervention workflows.
• Improve agent experiences across voice, text, chat, and email, and make performance and outcomes clear.
• Partner with customers, product, engineering, and leadership to shape priorities and ship quickly.
• Build hirify.global’s design system and establish consistent patterns across current and future products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing AI-powered products, agents, copilots, or human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience with complex B2B, enterprise, operational, or technical products.
• Portfolio demonstrating personal ownership of an ambiguous problem through launch.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, prototyping, systems thinking, communication, and product judgment.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco and collaborate in person four days per week.
