Product Designer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Pleasanton, California, Monday through Friday

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 base annual salary, plus an annual bonus of up to 10%.

What you will do

• Own product direction for features, including problem framing, requirements, tradeoffs, scope, and delivery.
• Operate as both the product lead and hands-on designer for assigned projects.
• Use AI across research, design, requirements writing, and prototyping.
• Partner with engineering throughout the build process rather than only at handoff.
• Validate projects rigorously from initial concept through post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product design, product management, or a hybrid role.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating product thinking and design execution.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and tradeoff-management skills.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, design, requirements writing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with design systems and cross-functional collaboration with engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams.
• Formal product management training or design education.
