Product Designer (AI Healthcare)

Location: NYC hybrid, Boston hybrid, or East Coast remote

Salary: $135,000–$152,000 base, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is building a fully vertical, AI-native medical group with custom AI tools for physicians and personalized AI-enabled healthcare experiences for patients.

What you will do

• Shape the patient care experience across mobile and web, including education, advice, prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Set and raise standards for visual design, interaction design, motion, micro-interactions, and transitions.
• Translate complex patient and clinical needs into simple, intuitive healthcare experiences.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly on innovative 0→1 product experiences using modern design and AI tools.
• Build and evolve the product design system and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of consumer-focused product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating a high bar for visual design.
• Mastery of interaction design and a strong point of view on motion, timing, transitions, and product feel.
• Experience bringing ambiguous 0→1 features from concept to execution.
• Technical fluency sufficient to prototype in code and collaborate deeply with engineers.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Care deeply about patient outcomes, trust, and safety.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping consumer products in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience with tools such as Claude, Paper, and Remotion.
• AI-native approach to automating routine design work.
