Supervisor, Production - 4th Shift

What you will do

• Lead a functional production department during the fourth shift, managing a team of 20–35 associates.
• Plan daily and weekly operations, communicate priorities, and make immediate decisions to meet production goals and channel KPIs.
• Maintain production flow, productivity, staffing levels, cross-training, equipment readiness, and accurate associate timecards and payroll coding.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, accuracy, efficiency, expense reduction, and productivity.
• Coach, develop, recognize, and hold team members accountable while partnering with managers and HR on performance matters.
• Manage inventory quality, labor planning, supplies, safety initiatives, and operational budgets.

Requirements

• Servant-leadership approach with strong listening, communication, team-building, and motivational skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards, make sound business decisions, and proactively resolve operational problems.
• 3–5 years of managerial-level experience; experience in apparel distribution is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, multi-channel, multi-shift distribution center, including overtime, holidays, different shifts, and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry cases weighing up to 50 pounds intermittently and stand or walk for extended periods in varying temperatures.
• A BS/BA degree in a related field and experience with an automated distribution center are preferred.
