Production Manager

Location: Midlothian, Texas, United States; onsite at 4100 Power Way

Annual salary: $68,300–$119,600, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead associates in achieving production targets and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Coach and provide feedback to support associate development and performance.
• Participate in hiring and training to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor performance metrics and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive customer experience.
• Manage the department’s environmental, health, and safety program, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Ability to lead teams toward production goals and maintain operational standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and maintain accurate data records.
• Strong multitasking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including noisy or inclement conditions, with flexible scheduling covering nights, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel is required.
