3rd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Mount Vernon, Ohio, United States; 3rd shift

Company

Heating & Cooling Products manufactures and distributes sheet metal products for residential, multifamily, and light commercial HVAC markets.

What you will do

• Oversee night-shift production operations and ensure shift production goals and schedules are met.
• Lead production workers, optimize staffing, and assign or rotate workstations.
• Support plant safety policies, investigate and report accidents, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor quality control, adjust processes during the shift, and reject products outside specifications.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, payroll records, time cards, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors and the Plant Manager, and conduct shift meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Professional, detail-oriented, dependable, and employee- and customer-focused.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Must work onsite in Mount Vernon, Ohio; remote work is not available.
