Salary: $59,752–$67,269 annually

What you will do

• Lead, hire, train, develop, and support staff to achieve performance and customer service goals.
• Oversee daily yard and facility operations, scheduling, attendance, payroll, and process compliance.
• Manage cash handling, daily bank deposits, inventory, supplies, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate equipment and facility maintenance, safety protocols, and compliance documentation.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews while addressing employee and customer concerns.
• Travel occasionally to other locations and respond to facility alarms when needed.

Requirements

• At least three years of operations management or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Fluent English is required; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and staff management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, basic accounting and inventory management skills, and typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
• Valid transportation and the ability to work in office and outdoor environments across varied climates and weather conditions.
