What you will do
- Execute manufacturing strategy in partnership with the VP of Manufacturing.
- Lead integrated performance across multiple GM-led business units.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and financial outcomes.
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee capital projects and operational initiatives.
- Develop leadership bench strength and succession plans while partnering with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in large-scale industrial environments and complex or multi-unit operations.
- Proven experience managing senior leaders.
- Ability to lead across a 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization and integrate with finance, HR, engineering, and operations.
