Operational Technology Practice Lead (OT Security)

What you will do

• Lead complex and high-risk OT cyber security projects, assessments and consultancy engagements across the full solution lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and quality oversight for OT security solutions in live industrial environments.
• Define and standardise OT security assessment methodologies, remediation frameworks, technical approaches and delivery standards.
• Lead OT cyber risk assessments, gap analyses and remediation activities while balancing operational continuity and security requirements.
• Advise customers on OT architecture, industrial networking, secure network topologies and applicable security standards and regulations.
• Develop the OT practice through strategy, coaching, line management, knowledge sharing, customer consultancy and pre-sales support.

Requirements

• Significant experience securing Operational Technology, Industrial Control Systems and industrial environments across multiple technologies, vendors and live operational sites.
• Experience leading complex OT cyber security projects, assessments and consultancy engagements with technical governance throughout delivery.
• Strong knowledge of OT architecture, industrial networking, network segmentation and safe, reliable operational environments.
• Applied expertise in ISA/IEC 62443 and knowledge of the NIS Regulations, NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Experience with OT cyber risk assessments, security monitoring or incident response in production or operational environments.
• Successful candidates must undergo security vetting, including NPPV3 and Security Check (SC) clearance.

Nice to have

• GICSP or relevant ISA/IEC 62443 certification.
• Experience in critical national infrastructure, energy, utilities or similarly regulated industrial environments.
• Consultancy, managed services or customer-focused technical delivery experience.
• Experience defining OT security standards, assessment methodologies, technical frameworks or practice governance models.
• Additional certifications in cyber security, architecture, service management, project delivery or technical leadership.
