Manager, Security Operations (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and lead the SOC function supporting MSP partners and SaaS environments.
• Supervise SOC analysts across daily security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Ensure security events are documented, escalated, investigated, and remediated effectively.
• Maintain SOC procedures, monitor operational performance, and contribute to reporting.
• Coach and onboard analysts while supporting automation and continuous process improvement.
• Improve threat detection quality, reduce alert noise, and strengthen customer trust through effective incident handling.

Requirements

• Strong cybersecurity or IT operations background with experience leading and motivating teams.
• Significant SOC and incident response experience in MSP, MSSP, or SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of SIEM, EDR, endpoint security, and cloud environments.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations and high-volume alert environments.
• Ability to connect technical details with business impact and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong operational, organizational, communication, metrics, SLA, and service delivery skills.

Nice to have

• SEC+, GCIA, or GCIH certification.
