Principal Implementation Consultant (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead implementation consulting engagements for enterprise manufacturing, plant engineering, and automotive customers.
• Assess current processes, define target-state models, identify gaps, and propose business and technology solutions.
• Lead strategic transformation and improvement initiatives for factory and process-plant planning and operations, including supply-chain integration.
• Define detailed business requirements, workflows, and use cases for hirify.global products including Inventor, Vault, Fusion Manage, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.
• Deliver customer presentations, testing, training, technical guidance, mentoring, documentation, and implementation services to drive adoption.
• Support sales, business development, solutions architects, and business consultants with proposals, while sharing customer feedback with global consulting and product teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience implementing PLM, ERP, MES, or similar design and manufacturing solutions in manufacturing, plant engineering, or automotive industries.
• Understanding of manufacturing digital transformation and digital twins.
• Experience with structured business-information analysis and workflow use-case analysis.
• IT knowledge of web applications, cloud technologies, and databases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, with strong communication, flexibility, responsibility, business sense, and customer orientation.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience designing system architecture, developing and testing code, and implementing solutions.
• Programming knowledge for developing custom modules and supporting third-party integrations.
• Experience guiding customer programmers in customizing hirify.global solutions.
