Internship at Oliver Wyman

Location: Tokyo office; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients. Travel may be required for project work.

What you will do

• Work on 1–2 challenging consulting projects from June to August.
• Own a distinct piece of work that contributes to client impact and project delivery.
• Conduct research and analysis to help solve complex client problems.
• Develop communication, presentation, and client-management skills through the apprenticeship model.
• Challenge established approaches and contribute creative ideas to build new solutions.

Requirements

• Eligibility: overseas-studying students graduating in 2028.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluent Japanese is mandatory for the Tokyo office; second-language Japanese speakers must provide JLPT N1 certification.
• Strong initiative, intuition, creativity, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking.
• Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English; the resume must include GPA and anticipated graduation date.
• Submit all academic transcripts from undergraduate year one to the present in one PDF.
