Clinical Manager – OT / SLP / PT

Location: Wailuku, Hawaii, US; in-person position

Salary: $92,107–$110,920 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. $500 relocation assistance.

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care within an active OT, SLP, or PT license while maintaining approximately 20–30 billable hours per week.
• Supervise, mentor, onboard, and support multidisciplinary clinical staff across occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and physical therapy.
• Manage employee performance, communication, accountability, staff concerns, and professional development.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care, caseload distribution, scheduling, workflow, and clinical guidance for complex cases.
• Monitor quality assurance, chart audits, evaluations, progress notes, treatment records, and medical-necessity documentation.
• Support insurance authorizations, payer requirements, operational initiatives, and the expansion of clinical services.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Physical Therapy license, or eligibility or in-process status for Hawaii licensure.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory, management, mentorship, or leadership experience.
• Occupational therapy background preferred; strong SLP and PT candidates will also be considered.
• Strong clinical documentation, organization, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with insurance authorization, medical-necessity requirements, and pediatric and/or adult patient populations.
• Ability to work in person in Wailuku, Hawaii, and learn Hawaii-specific payer processes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations.
• CPR certification; certification may also be obtained after joining.
