Physical Therapist - Hampshire Hills Rehab - Full Time

Location: Milford, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite role inside Hampshire Hills Athletic Club. Schedule: 40 hours per week on days, with two nights until 7:00 PM; remaining start and end times are flexible.

What you will do

• Review medical records, confirm active therapy orders, and identify treatment priorities, contraindications, and precautions.
• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care with short- and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Implement, update, and re-evaluate treatment plans while coordinating with referring providers and other clinicians.
• Develop discharge plans and teach patients, families, and caregivers home exercise programs, medical equipment, and adaptive-device use.
• Supervise therapy assistants, rehabilitation assistants, and other personnel involved in the rehabilitation plan.
• Contribute to clinical development through student instruction, educational presentations, in-services, journal clubs, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with the corresponding entry-level degree.
• Current Physical Therapist license from the New Hampshire Physical Therapy Governing Board required.
• CPR certification required, or must be completed within the first 90 days.
• Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required; recent graduates are eligible.
